Life is a journey, for all of us. Whether we realise it or not, we are all travelling on our way through life.
We are headed in different directions, stop off at different locations (sometimes for a short while, sometimes for a very long time), and often backtrack on ourselves.
The destination isn’t important, and neither is our place of departure. What is important, though, is that we keep on going, learning new things, meeting new people, and enriching our own and other people’s lives as we do so.
My name is Robin Nixon. Somewhere along my journey I found that people were interested in what I had to say and so I became a writer. I began writing about technology and computers, but then my sight shifted to the environment and world around us, and then focused on what I believe is the most important thing there is: the journey, or simply living life.
So, as well as my technical books, I now write about tricks I have discovered and ways of thinking that have helped me on my journey, and which I believe will help you too. My first two books on the subject are Creative Visualization For Dummies (in which I have tried to put down everything I’ve learned over the last two or three decades about using positive visualization creatively to enhance your life and achieve your goals and ambitions), and Yes I Can! (which deals with ways you can use positivity and visualization to improve your life).
The reason I write these books is because I have proof that these things work. By taking the time to soak in your world, study it, learn to love and learn to live it, and then sharing it with your friends and loved ones, you can become far more fulfilled and happy than you ever thought was possible. It’s simply a matter of taking the time to put things in focus, and then whatever goals you put your mind to become so much more achievable.
On this website I try to bring you with me on my journey, as I pass on things I have found useful, and hope you will too. Stay with me for as long as you like, because it’s a long journey, and having good companions makes it that much more enjoyable.
