Have you ever wondered just how others see you? If you’re like most people you probably have, and often too. But just how close do you think you get to really seeing yourself the way others do? Also (if you are like most people) you probably tend to underestimate yourself by a factor of at least 20 percent. So how can you get a realistic self-analysis?
Well, there’s a short psychoanalysis test given by Human Relations departments at many top companies which helps them to get a better insight concerning their employees and prospective employees.
It only takes a couple of minutes to complete but it tends to produce surprisingly accurate results. You may have been asked to complete a test such as this already, in which case you may recognise some of the questions below. But did you know what the answers revealed about you to your employer, or prospective employer?
Now you can find out for yourself how your boss will see you after taking such a test. What’s more, because the answers are for who you are now (not who you were in the past), this is a fun test to learn a little more about yourself too, and could serve as a starting point for setting personal improvement goals.
